After a week off from my eating healthy etc, it is finally time to get back on it with the weight loss. I did enjoy my week off, but it makes me miss the better choices so much! I will try to incorporate a cheat day in once a week, most likely a Saturday at the boyfriends.
Layla, a friend of mine is also getting back on it and needs to “kick ass” like me, so I asked her if we can try together! Nothing more helpful than a diet buddy as such. Cazzy, my online diet buddy is also still about so hopefully all together will help out!
